 FAQs

  • Most athletes start in our Foundations program between ages 8–13. We focus on movement skills, coordination, bodyweight strength, intro to weights, and confidence not super heavy lifting. If your athlete’s younger but focused and mature, we’ll do a short assessment and see if they’re ready.

  • We train in-season athletes all the time. It’s a crucial part of being an athlete. Maintaining during the season to continue seeing results on the field. Your program adjusts based on your schedule, game load, and sport demands. We dial back volume, keep intensity smart, and make sure what we do in here helps you stay sharp and ready to compete.

  • No, we coach you through everything. Whether you’ve never lifted before or already train, your sessions are built around your level and sport. You’ll be in a small group (max 6 athletes) with live coaching the entire time.

  • You get the same level of coaching but it’s built for athletes. Every session is structured around performance: strength, speed, power, and recovery. You’ll train in a group of 4–6 with similar goals and get feedback in real-time, just like in a team environment but with individual progress tracking and coaching built in.
