All trainers must meet the following criteria to ensure the highest standards for our members and community.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do my clients need to pay separately for a membership?
Yes. All clients training at Perfect Fit must hold a General Membership ($39.99/month minimum). This ensures facility access, liability coverage, and contributes to our community atmosphere.
How does payment work?
Your monthly $500 rental fee is charged automatically to the credit card on file on the 1st of each month. Simple, predictable, no invoices to track.
Can I use the space anytime?
You'll schedule your sessions through our booking calendar to avoid conflicts with our group classes and athlete training programs. Off-peak times typically have the most availability.
What if I only have a few clients?
The $500/month rate is flat regardless of client volume. If you're training 5+ clients regularly, the economics work very well.
What certifications do you accept?
Any certification from an NCCA-accredited organization (NASM, ACE, NSCA, ISSA, ACSM, NCSF, NESTA, etc.). Your certification must be current.
What's expected for cleanup?
You're responsible for putting equipment away, wiping down surfaces, and leaving the space as you found it. Our staff maintains the facility, but they're not cleaning up after your sessions.
Is there a contract?
Month-to-month agreement. Either party can terminate with 30 days notice. You'll receive a notification before your final autopay charge.
